Refund Policy
All Camp Summerdaze tickets and products are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Tickets are transferable in accordance with our Ticket Transfer Policy.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Early departure or inability to attend
- Schedule changes or artist lineup changes
- Event interruptions or early termination
- Adverse weather conditions
- Forest fires, fire bans, or acts of nature
- Government regulations or public health directives
- Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Camp Summerdaze
Camp Summerdaze is a rain-or-shine event, and programming is subject to change.
In the event the Campout is cancelled by the organizers, any refund issued will be limited to the portion of ticket fees not already allocated to non-recoverable production costs.
We believe this community is something we build together, and we appreciate your understanding as we steward its resources with care.
Ticket Access
No physical tickets will be issued. All attendees must present a valid QR code for entry at check-in.
Ticket Transfers
Attendees may transfer their ticket to another individual through the official online ticketing portal only.
- Transfers must be completed by July 29, 2026
- The original ticket holder must update the new attendee’s full name and email address within the portal
- Once a ticket has been transferred, the original ticket becomes void and cannot be used for entry
- Tickets may be transferred once only
The new ticket holder must present:
- A valid QR code/confirmation email
- A completed waiver
- Valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket name
Failure to provide the above may result in denied entry without refund.
Camp Summerdaze is not responsible for private resale transactions or any issues arising from ticket transfers.
Camp Summerdaze reserves the right to cancel or refuse entry to any ticket that has been resold or transferred in violation of this policy.
