Where are you located?
Camp Summerdaze takes place on 100-acres of beautiful, lush, forest in Southeastern Algonquin, Ontario, Canada. This private paradise features an abundance of nature trails and dozens of tree species. Four hours from Montreal and Toronto and under two hours from Ottawa. Driving details are provided to confirmed campers.
What are the event hours?
Programming runs from Friday to Monday. We welcome camper arrivals on Thursday afternoon and typically feature a cozy movie by the fire that evening. Official Event Hours – Friday 11AM – Monday 3PM.
What time do the gates open?
Thursday 5-10PM, Friday 3-10PM, Saturday 12-3PM, Sunday 12-3PM. Campers are welcome to arrive on the property from 5pm on Thursday. Please note the check in times (and gate closing times) are firm, as described. Campers will not be permitted to enter the property past 10PM - unless specifically requested in advance to our team. We have a late check in fee available to accommodate late arrivals from 10pm-12am - this must be paid in advance so that our team can accommodate your arrival. For late arrivals, we will have a designated camping area set aside for you. This extra fee of $50+hst (per vehicle) will cover after-hour staffing costs and to accommodate having a team member to direct you to your campsite. No late arrivals will be accommodated beyond this. Please note - it is challenging to choose a campsite and set up your tent in the dark. We appreciate your cooperation while we manage the most seamless check in process for you and your fellow campers. PARKING PASS - each vehicle must have a parking pass purchased in advance from the Add-Ons purchase section.
What time do we have to depart on Monday?
Campers are welcome to stay on the land until Monday at 3PM, unless they have opted in for an additional night stay on the land with a Monday Decompression Ticket (in which case, departure is Tuesday by 3PM).
Are meals included?
Meals are not included, unless you purchased our Meal Plan. We have selected some amazing food vendors to provide delicious meals throughout the weekend - Saturday + Sunday (brunch and dinner) as well as Monday brunch. Additional food will be available via our on-site vendors. Meal Plans can only be purchased in advance. We sell out EARLY every year so grab yours while you can!
